In using our service the client must not violate anyone's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

You understand and agree that failure to abide by the acceptable use policy may result in the cancellation of service provided to you by SiteGeneral.com and therefore void the money back guarantee.

General Terms & Conditions

SiteGeneral.com cannot be held responsible for outages or faults in any system that is not directly under our control.

No compensation will be payable by SiteGeneral.com for any loss of service, earnings or other losses, due to any domain name infringement or loss of service. This includes all aspects of our services including domain name registration, web hosting and email services.

By obtaining a hosting account or domain name registration service from us, the customer must accept and agree with all of our terms and conditions.

Domain Registration Terms and Conditions

By registering a domain name using our service the registrant agrees that SiteGeneral.com cannot be held responsible for any infringements against registered trademarks and will indemnify SiteGeneral.com against any responsibility for such infringements of trademark.

You represent that the domain name is not being registered for any unlawful purpose, and that the domain name or the manner in which it used does not infringe the legal rights of a third party.

You understand that domain name registration will commence once payment is received. In the event that a domain name registration is declined, you are entitled to a full refund of the domain name registration fee, or a credit towards registering another domain name or service provided by us.

SiteGeneral.com makes no representation and gives no warranty about your chosen domain name being available for registration or use by you.

Domain name registration fees are excluded from the money back guarantee as domain names are registered with the respective registry in your name, and remain so in the event of cancellation of your account with SiteGeneral.com.

You authorise and direct SiteGeneral.com to be the authorised billing contact for your domain name with the respective domain name registry, and renew your domain name registration upon receipt of renewal notification from the domain name registry.

You agree that you are aware of the consents, warranties and indemnity you are required to give to register, maintain, transfer and renew your domain name.

By registering a .uk domain name, you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK. If you intend to register a UK domain please read the following terms and conditions provided by Nominet UK before proceeding with your order.

Disclosure & Use of Registration Information

You agree and acknowledge that we will make domain name registration information you provide available to ICANN, to the registry administrators, and to other third parties as ICANN and applicable laws may require or permit. You further agree and acknowledge that we may make publicly available, or directly available to third party vendors, some, or all, of the domain name registration information you provide, for purposes of inspection (such as through our WHOIS service) or other purposes as required or permitted by ICANN and the applicable laws.

You hereby consent to any and all such disclosures and use of, and guidelines, limits and restrictions on disclosure or use of, information provided by you in connection with the registration of a domain name (including any updates to such information), whether during or after the term of your registration of the domain name. You hereby irrevocably waive any and all claims and causes of action you may have arising from such disclosure or use of your domain name registration information.

Refunds for Web Hosting Services

No refunds other than those that qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee, will be issued under any circumstances.

Failure to follow any term or condition listed above may provide SiteGeneral.com grounds for the deactivation of an account or service, and subsequently void the money back guarantee.
 

Acceptance of Agreement

It is the responsibility of the account holder or registrant of our services to read and accept these conditions, before using any of our services. By engaging our services, the client is stating that they agree with all of our terms & conditions, and any applicable domain registry terms and conditions, and understands them fully.
