Only new accounts are covered by this guarantee. A new account holder has the right to cancel their account at any time during the first 30 days of service and receive a full refund (excluding any domain registration fee, which is non-refundable).

Domain name registration fees are excluded from this guarantee as domain names are registered in your name, with the respective registry, and remain so in the event of cancellation of your account with SiteGeneral.com.

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to Fantel Pty Ltd reseller or telehousing accounts.

Failure to comply with any of SiteGeneral.com's Terms and conditions will invalidate this 30 day money back guarantee.

Payment of refunds

Where applicable refunds will be transferred to your credit card account. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds of cheque or money order payments. Additional processing fees may apply for TT refunds.
